        They had zero people working at this target. I was waiting at the bakery for 15 minutes, then went to the front desk where I saw 20 people also getting zero help from any of the 3 employees working up front who were doing everything except helping customers. I finally saw someone at the bakery, but after hiding in the back for another 5 minutes after seeing us, she then informed me that she didnt know how to take a cake order and there was no cake decorator anymore therefore she couldnt help me. Absolutely appalling how downhill this place has went as a former employee and regular customer there. I will never be back.
