    Elizabeth showed us several samples of laminate flooring that we really liked. She even found one that fit the color that we liked as well as the quality and was even on sale! She was very knowledgeable, courteous, and understanding and we had a new floor done and installed in less than a week! Thank you and also to the fine crew you sent to our house.

    We worked with Anthony at Hillers to purchase carpeting and luxury vinyl plank for our house. He made it a really good experience and was very helpful in selecting just the right products. Mason and Jake did an incredible job installing the carpet and luxury vinyl plank. It took three days and they were extremely hard workers. We are very pleased with Hillers.

    Hiller's Flooring America improperly installed vinyl plank flooring at four of our residential locations. It was installed over ceramic tile without first patching the ceramic tile and now all defects, including the grout line depressions, show up in the surface of the floor. It's so noticeable that the vinyl plank was mistaken for sheet vinyl. The instructions clearly state that the vinyl plank must be installed over perfectly smooth flooring and be patched if not. We invested $10,000 in this flooring and over $24,000 total of flooring from Hiller's Flooring America. The improper installation has voided the 25-Year Residential warranty and has lessened the structural stability of the locking system and may disengage - it may actually fall apart. The owner, Joe Elder, refuses to do anything but give excuses.

    Had our carpet replaced before selling our house. It was hallway, bedroom, living room, stepsso not a small job. They came to measure prior to installation day. Installation took 6 hours! The installers were cutting on the new carpet they laid out and after they left, we noticed a very straight slice about 6ft long. This slice was right in the middle of the room and left numerous loose strands of carpet that easily got sucked up in a vacuum creating larger runs. We called them, and they sent someone out to look at. They told us we would have to wait for a warranty claim that could take up to 6 weeks! Thankfully it was not 6 weeks, but they did come out to measure again the relay carpet in the living room and hallway. (This is the 3rd time it has been measured by Hillers). About 3 weeks after the original install, they arrived to reinstall the carpet. They did NOT arrive with carpet despite 3 times of measuring! They came and measured a 4th time and then left for an hour to go get the carpet, but only did the living room. It took nearly 3 hours! Again they cut on the new carpet. We reached out about being unhappy to sales rep who told us to email him with questions or concerns. I attached pictures/video of the installation techs cutting in the new carpet. Never heard back! I sent him pictures of them cutting on the carpet. Having to give up so much time to carpet, having the companys installation techs mess up, and moving furniture twice, was a bit of an imposition. They obviously didnt care as we got no response. Went to pay our bill and were told we had a $600 credit, but they wouldnt apply it and wouldnt tell us why. Just ignored it when the man working in an office told us that. We paid and left. We will not recommend them or do business with them again if they cant care enough to respond to customers and at the very least apologize for issues!
