Placed an order online in November for my daughter in law and everything was seamless. Returning customers watch out. I was charged no delivery fee for delivery to Albuquerque in November. Now in December customer service told me there is a standard delivery fee of $26 regardless because there is NO store location in Albuquerque. I was told I had never placed an order with Edible Arrangements before even though I was staring at the original receipt and the automated service could verify my last order as delivered. I was also told there is no store location in Albuquerque but when I called again to ask more clarifying questions, there is magically a location there now. Sandra in your Albuquerque location sealed the deal on me never returning as a customer. I was even chastised for calling the delivery fee a shipping fee when the representative knew what I was referring to. She had more interest in correcting my wording than solving my problem. Terrible customer service and acted like my business was of zero value to them. She was incredibly rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. Send a cake is my recommendation.

Couldn't be more pleased with the service! I called from out of state for a same day edible delivery to Byron. The recipient loved the Berry Tasty Cheesecake & Cookie Platter. I got notice when the delivery went out & a picture when it arrived.

Very unfriendly staff. It is a small parking lot. I had to wait to pull out. I saw a person sitting in her driver's seat, so I stayed back rather than truly blocking her in. This was not good enough. She got out of her suv to complain that she was trying to get out and I was blocking her in. It was not that she said but she came stomping over with attitude to inform me. Not a good look, especially when you have your work shirt on. I have purchases multi times in the past when i am in town. I like to reward good service. If this is the service they provide I will go elsewhere in the future.
