        I went to Verizon at Crossroads in St Cloud and was very impressed and happy to be waited on by Vincent. He helped me choose my new iPhone as well as a new Apple watch. He spent several hours answering my questions and explaining the workings of both the phone and watch. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Verizon is fortunate to have him.

        Very nice store. Employees are always knowledge and very helpful. It's also one of the only stores I know of that carry and install a liquid screen protector.

        Walking in to Verizon today just because my daughter wanted to take a picture in the Barbie box in the store. I began talking to a gents name Vince about purchasing and iPhone. So didnt think my credit would pass but it did!!!!!! Vince was so nice with all of my million questions being a android owner and switching he was so helpful
