        The property management company supporting Kellogg Square is slow to address maintenance concerns. In multiple cases, there are several issues identified and reported that still have not been addressed multiple months later. On a parallel note - the whirlpool has not been operational for more than 2 weeks in a row for a full calendar year. Management is not fully transparent about the issues when asked; often saying its being worked on when work orders havent yet been generated. This is a management issue.
