2023 - hasn't been to this location for while given the experience we had below. We decided to try again for Father's day and once again had very poor service. There were 5 of us at the table. 3 of us ordered our meals, and then my daughter and granddaughter ordered theirs. About 5 minutes later my son went and ordered another item. Their food all came before ours, even the added item. When I mentioned we were still waiting for our food the girl was rude and told us we'd be waiting for an hour because there were a lot of online orders coming in. My daughter went to talk to the manager who also was not that helpful but at least said it would be another 10 minutes. My daughter and granddaughter were done eating by the time the rest of us got our food. Also, my son ordered an extra muffin but because the cashier didn't put it on the order, the manager wouldn't honor it and just give us the extra muffin that was ordered. Not out fault it wasn't added when asked for. I highly doubt I will ever come back to this location. A previous visit a couple years ago or so - Missing food that was ordered, the sausage ordered was burned and the inside was all dried out, the chicken was a really small piece and burned, the ribs were supposed to be 4 pieces each order but one order got 2 and the other 3, no utensils for take out.

why is Famous Daves dieing? is fast casual really that much better? got the family feast that feeds 4-6 ppl that I would get with my family on my birthday growing up. it still hits the spot. I strongly encourage ppl to relive their nostalgia food.
