        Karli and her team got us into a beautiful house in Minneapolis. They were always supportive, quick to answer questions and solve issues, kept us informed through the whole process, and proved to be experienced and knowledgeable. They kept our Realtor in the loop nicely, too. I would totally recommend them if you are looking for a mortgage.

        Karli and the Spahr team did such amazing job working with us. We are so grateful me and my partner went with fairway. Since we were first time home buyers we were kinda nervous not knowing how this whole process goes because we are new to all of this. They made it were we felt very comfortable with them. The team was quick and made the process go smoothly along with making sure we understood documents of information we received from them. Nothing but helpful and respectful along the way of this mortgage process! This team is awesome and would recommend for anybody trying to find a mortgage because this team will make sure youre satisfied with your purchase. Definitely will be returning back to fairway.       Karli has been doing mortgages for over two decades and is still just as passionate as when she first started about educating and helping others obtain The American Dream of homeownership. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics and a Master’s Degree in Project Management which are not required, but have served her well in this industry. She believes that everything someone does or experiences in life adds value and can be used in some way to help others. She has also worn many different hats in her lifetime including teaching economics at a local college, bidding and expediting for her husband’s construction company, insurance sales, a variety of other sales positions and insurance inspections.
