He explained the entire process in the simplest way possible, so I never encountered any surprises later on. Throughout our collaboration, I always wondered when they took breaks because they were always available whenever we needed them, either at the other end of the phone or responding promptly to emails. I feel fortunate to have worked with them. Highly recommended.

My friend recommended Mark to me to help with my mortgage, and Mark did not disappoint. Even before I entered the timeframe of preapprovals and making offers, Mark was very willing to guide me through the process from the beginning. He is always very patient with my many questions, and incredibly responsive. When it came time to making an offer, he was quick to provide the necessary documents over the weekend and throughout the whole way, he never dropped the ball. He worked to provide rates and closing costs that met my needs.
