I really appreciate that they explained what they were doing every step of the way and didnt treat me like some dumb girl that didnt know anything.         John came out to our flooded basement within an hour and did a great job. He was polite, he explained everything he was doing without me having to ask, and he cleared the drain. Spencer (who sounds like Batman according to my kid) was helpful in showing me on camera that the drain was indeed clear and what the cause of the problem was. Top notch professionals who are honest and fair, didnt try to push or sell me anything extra. Thanks guys.
