My roof. Was damaged by the August 2023 storm, and I received lots of calls and requests to look at my roof. I later contacted my insurance company and had an inspection. I was contacted by HomeGuard and we came to an agreement to replace my roof and gutters with the insurance money that I would receive. They worked quickly, left no mess and were very good about the scheduling. Over all a positive experience and a pleasure to work with.

Nate could not have been better to work with. He helped us deal with the insurance company, navigated permitting with the city, and even applied for an HOA approval that we missed. If you are working on an insurance claim, his attention to detail and professionalism will dramatically improve the process. He knew what to say and how to move the process forward at every point. Imagine the ideal contractor - nice guy, always does what he says he will do, always on time, and extremely responsive to text and emails. And then delivers on the work. His crews were in and out within a day on a large roof replacement. It was so clean afterwards, we could not even tell they had been there. Cannot say enough good things about Nate and his company. My neighbor used Nate and Homeguard so I did the same after hail damage to my roof and I could not be happier!!! As the other reviews state, Nate was highly knowledgeable but he made it very simple to understand for the lay person. He went to bat for me with insurance and ensured I was getting the best product and repairs. They were efficient and communication was great.
