        Ease in making appointment, quick check-in, and good advice from the personnel. Tire needed minor fix, but brake job was the bigger need. Love the 6-month window to pay, using my TIRES PLUS card, with no interest. Excellent communication, and advice on future repairs (not crucial at this time, but pending in the future). I feel cared about as a customer, and well looked after.
