"We can't test you until the person you were exposed to has a positive covid test result, maybe go to Walmart" I wish I was kidding about this but unfortunately this is exactly what I was told.

Dr Bass and his nurses injured my child by denying him his cord blood as they ignored my request to delay cord cutting and pushing harmful heavy metal toxins with their injections. Do NOT get a vitamin K shot unless you want your child to have brain damage. The shot thickens a child’s blood and doesn’t allow stem cells to effectively repair the damage a child sustains from the traumatic birthing process. The high aluminum content also breaks the blood-brain barrier and causes neuro damage! I’m disgusted with the “medical experts” and their lack of knowledge of the injection ingredients and effects! We have to live with this damage for the rest of our lives.

We have had a ton of very negative experiences here, from many doctors simply dismissing my wife's very serious condition to some flat-out accusing her of faking everything despite numerous tests inside Sanford's own system that very clearly indicate otherwise (which I doubt these particular doctors even bothered to glance at). Why 5 stars, then? Seems like a 1, right? It is because this place has Dr. Klossner. He is seriously amazing. He hadn't seen my wife for awhile, yet he came into the appointment completely up-to-date with her status and all her recent appointments. It was as if he was in the room taking thorough notes with us during every single one of those. Precious few other primary care providers (Lafrieniere is one that does, I believe) we've seen at Sanford TRF have even bothered to glance at her history beforehand, forcing us to spend a good chunk of the appointment times reliving it for them every time. I mean, my wife's history is long right now, and Klossner came in fully versed, which was incredible and proved he went the extra mile for us. Klossner very obviously takes my wife's condition with the seriousness it requires too. Her condition could result in tetraplegia (permanently paralyzed from neck down), so seriousness is what we need so that doesn't happen. He listened to every word we had to say and got her an actual, actionable plan going forward rather than just dismissive shrugs and "see you in 9 months for a check-up?". My wife said she leaves appointments with him feeling validated and hopeful for the future, rather than ignored and scared. If every other primary care provider there could take a page from Klossner, the clinic would become the best in the world. Seriously, I hope he makes a full recovery because he deserves it more than anyone for the amount of effort and care he puts in to help his patients. This clinic needs more people like him.
