Very welcoming they are working hard on remodeling they are doing a couple rooms at a time they have some that are completely remodeled and some that are in the process awesome staff Rooms: Clean cozy some of the rooms are remodeled and some are closed to remodel Walkability: In town can walk to nearby stores gas station

The current management is awesome. They are friendly, caring, and understanding.They ensure we have everything we need and if something needs fixing they fix it. They are very pleasant people and the rooms that are available are very nice. They are working on getting the whole place fixed up but try to ensure that the work doesn't bother the guests. Need a place to stay with your dog I would definitely recommend Custom Stay of Thief River Falls.

The new management is amazing I have stayed here previously and it was decent after last night this will be the motel I book everything I come up north great hospitality family oriented

Nearest this place has so many stars is because the managers and the owners are putting stars on their own place so the five star rating is false. If anybody's reading these reviews this Heather and Jake are the managers and they're making their own reviews on their own b******* of excuse of service. Anyone that says this is a great place that I think they're half mental this place is old rundown they even stated Heather the manager stated that they need to get all new sewage system in there because if one toilet gets clogged the surrounding rooms next to it gets clogged in overflowing with sewage bathtubs there's sewage that comes out of the drains and then it's completely roach infested the rooms aren't remodeled all they did was get a new bed in new flooring they didn't remodel everything because they're still bug guts splattered on the wall there's paint chipped off and then they didn't even set up the beds all the way so if anyone is trying to say that this is a great place this is a horrible place Heather the manager will literally lie make you out to be some bad guy and then they don't give you a receipt and then they want to steal your money and say that you haven't paid when they got cameras and there's proof on the cameras
