When we first went to Jenny to determine if we could afford a house we only qualified for 165k. She gave us suggestions on how to improve on that number. A year later we came back, we qualified 235 k and started house hunting. We couldn't find anything in that range that met our needs. A year later we came back again and qualified for 300k and found the house we needed. Jenny dedicated 3 years to helping us achieve our goal. She never looked down on our situation. She encouraged us to find a way to where we needed to be. She was a real partner on the way. Hands down she is one of the greatest.
