Capra's replaced our pipe from the house to the street per West St Paul ownership transfer INI rules. Communication was great, they provided an estimate and kept to it even though they did the work in the Spring. They walked through the whole process with us. The team that did the work was efficient and friendly and we were only without water for a few hours vs most of the day. They did great work and I would work with them again!

Capra's Utilities installed City Water into our home. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, timely and communicated regularly. My husband and I are very happy we selected this company for this service and recommend them highly.

We had our old septic system replaced with a new mound system by Capra's this week and the process went flawlessly and the job done by Mike Capra and his crew was done quickly with all phases of the install well coordinated. The hilly terrain of our lot, numerous oak trees and large pond required a very technical installation. Throughout the process, Mike was on top of everything, was available to provide answers to questions and would keep us informed of anything he needed us to do. We highly recommend Capra's Utilities!
