Steve had his client Marc send us a letter asking if we want to sell out place.. out of no where... Hella disrespectful..... Marc look fo a home like everyone else did!

WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS!! Had a very bad experience. Donald Wolkerstorfer was very misleading. Changed a listing photo after calling him out (have proof of photo's from web but needed originals). Also spoke with Office Manager Chuck Stout who wouldn't provide original listing pictures??? Be Aware! Shady in my opinion. GO ELSEWHERE!

The lady that finalized paperwork put wrong initial on the closing of my home documents, upon doing this she said I will have to pay to have changed. The city has a $300 fee for the correcting. I purchased property 3 years prior with same agents and didn't have issues, but this is a fault on there services.

When i purchased my land with Coldwell Banker in 2004 they were professional in the spelling and transfering of ownership, when i purchased my home seperate sale in 2007 the agent in charge of finalizing documents didnt spelled my name correct, and although they guarantee that the property is mine free and clear, I was instructed by the agent who made the error that I will have to pay $250.00 for them to change spelling of my name. The Mistake was on Coldwell Banker Realty, I believe you need to be more professional and have your errors costing you additional moneys not me! I plan to make another purchase but i do not plan to have Coldwell Banker Realty assist in Closing of this sale and transfering of ownership documents! Unless they want to send me a check for $250.00 .
