Eric has called me on my business phone (don't know how he got the phone number), and has repeatedly texted my phone since that first call over 6 months ago. I am not even in the market for a new home and I have told him this each time he sends a text, which is quite often!
His texts pull my attention away from my work (I am a medical consultant and receive numerous calls and texts from doctors all over the 52 states, so I cannot just ignore texts coming into my phone! I returned a call to him today advising him that I would report him if he continues, but before I could get what I had to say out he blamed his website for sending the texts and abruptly hung up on me. Not very professional! I guess he isn't interested in people he cannot make any money off of because they aren't in the market!
I feel sorry for people who cannot afford unlimited text and data on their phones, because people like Eric are using up all of their data for the month. He should be ashamed of himself!
As my husband and I approach retirement we will be in the market for a downsized home, but I wouldn't dare ask him for his help!!!

Eric was great to work with. He helped me find the perfect home in a very competitive area and market. His professional knowledge and guidance made the process easy and without friction and stress - which was greatly appreciated as I was a first time buyer. I was entering the process of buying a home and had no clue where to start. I was new to home buying and had never dealt with a realtor before and was nervous when getting involved. I was introduced to Eric and my perception of home buying completely changed. He was very well educated in the real estate market and knew all the nuances involved in buying houses. He spent countless hours with us searching for the home we wanted and delivered on his promise to find our dream house. Not only did we find it, but Eric was able to negotiate a price well below asking.
Once we purchased the house we knew we wanted to remodel. Eric had connections to people for everything we needed to get done including carpet, counter tops cabinets and tile floors. The contractors were top notch and did a great job for reasonable price. needless to say, I will be purchasing all my future homes through Eric and encourage others to do so as well!

Eric is an amazing realtor and helped us navigate the entire process of selling our house with ease! He answered emails, late night texts and weekend phone calls. He recommended which offer to take from a money perspective but also for things we didn't even think of.
Tons of knowledge and helped us our immensely.
