        Hands down one of the most pleasant repair visits Ive ever had. Placed a warranty claim through Lowes for a whirlpool washer that stopped working. Received a phone call first thing in the morning from an extremely pleasant lady. Norbert showed up at my house at 3 pm and had the washer fixed and running by 3:20. All I can say is OUTSTANDING!!

        Had a standing appt. today 8-5 waited all day NO SHOW NO COURTESY CALL!!! Tried calling office no answer!!! Saw reviews and they were terrible all of them!!! Bought extended warranty from Lowes....

        Cancelled my appointment two days before it was scheduled to happen... It caused me to have to reschedule through another company another two weeks later... POS

        Exactly like all the other reviews. Got an 8-5 window, stayed around all day. No call, no show. Will not answer the phone or return calls. Not sure why or how this company is still in business after several years of the same reviews.

        THEY DON'T SHOW UP OR CALL. I had whirlpool reach out to them a couple of times as well. I'm now waiting another 10 days to have my refrigerator repaired with another company. If you are scheduled with them, I hope you read the reviews first and ask for another repair business.
