SummerHouse Bay Cove

My brother has lived at Bay Cove for the last several years. It is a wonderful place that takes amazingly good care of its residents. The grounds and facilities are well taken of. My brother says the food is good and he can always find something he likes. Nancy, the Executive Director, is wonderful and is always available to help with any issues that arise.

I have 2 parents in the memory care facility at Baycove. 5 STARS isn't enough. I can't say enough about the quality of care given and the wonderful staff. Liz, Kim, Angel, Janice, Faye and really all of them are amazing. The building is well taken care of and activities are fantastic and engaging. My mom has been there for over 3 years and she has been happy the entire time. If you find yourself needing a place for your loved one Baycove gives families the peace of mind of KNOWING that they will be taken care of.

The phenomenal team of care partners, nurses, activities personnel, cooks, and leadership put residents' care first and it shows. Residents are respected and both the Assisted Living and Memory Care communities are beautifully maintained.

I worked for a resident there and the upper management was HORRIBLE and I would not put my ANIMAL THERE!!!
