Wells Fargo Bank

Drive-through lanes' design is horrible. Super tight (90 degrees turn) and narrowest space given per each section. You can clearly see the marks for thousands of people hitting the curve in attempt to go in the second lane. I, too, bumped my Ferrari and damaged the front bumper side and front driver's side wheel. Damage repair/replace came out close to $13,000. The branch and I made the complaint to the corporate. I did not even get a "sorry" but only a generic message saying they received my complaint and they "value" all customer's concerns. If you truly were, you would have called to solve the issues. I am glad this location closed down and wish it never opens back up. I moved all my $ to Bank of America and USAA then never made any big deposits or transfers to Wells Fargo anymore. I am sorry; your loss.

You need to Open up this Wells Fargo !!! I have elderly father that cant drive very far needs to go to this bank and most of the time, the time machine doesnt work . You could at least open up the drive-through back up. The drive-through was open for maybe a week and you closed it back up . Its Too Far to drive to your other banks . Just open the bank back up already!!!!!!!
