The young man working that evening was technically smart but had no customer service skills but got the job done. Today I got my bill and he had selected the wrong plan causing my bill to increase by $30. Won't be coming back to your location.

William knows about what's in stock, special prices, and helps with finding you the best deals for your Needs, Budget, and Manufacturer Model Preference. Even in the situation I was dealing with at the time I first came to this location, William went above and beyond his duty! He helped me get a great deal on my Favorite Brand and Style of Mobile Phones. My Cricket Wireless Phone was left in the CTA Bus seat and not given to the CTA Bus Driver by the person who found it. Even "Find Lost Device" App never located it. None the less, I was able to replace it with a much better phone with William's assistance. Thanks William and Thanks Cricket Wireless!
