William was the best. We are first time buyers so we knew very little of all the wording and meanings of things. Once we gave him the information, William worked diligently on prepping the quote and presenting to us. Explaining each and every line :) As the process procedure to the next step, William would update me with what he was doing, and what that step meant so we were always in the know. We are just about ready to close and William was a big part of expediting the whole process. William will continue to assist. If you need someone who cares about the client? Then William is the person you need to contact. William is a pretty funny person and glad to call him a friend too.
