I rarely give five stars for anything but Rich from Precise Plumbing was knowledgeable efficient and expedient in replacing our hot water heater. The quote/cost seemed fair since he not only replaced the existing 32 year old water heater but he had to change a few other things simply due to age of the existing set up and pipes etc.

I don't know where to begin or honestly know the words to say. Let's just say Precise Plumbing LLC is heaven sent! Mr. Rich is awesome, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and knows what he's doing. Words can't express how happy we are with his work and getting the job done in a timely manner. Mr Rich came out for our hot water heater, and he discovered it was the breaker, so we had to get an electrician. However, he was able to complete a different task for us today. We had a running water leak in our bathroom coming from our tub because the water wouldn't turn off all the way. Our plumbing is allllllllllllllll the way jacked up and was trying to give Mr. Rich an run for his money, but he was determined not to be defeated. He got job done rightand he will be our plumber for here on out. I highly recommend Precise Plumbing LLC and if you want great work, someone that's knowledgeable, someone that respects your house (he wore shoe covers coming in and out) and someone that's going to be straight-up with you, he's the man for the job! We appreciate Precise Plumbing LLC, and we are thankful and grateful for meeting Mr. Rich! See you next week for some more of your awesome work and service!
