      Unfortunately, we as a company hate that you feel this way. We deployed every resource and means necessary to comply upon what we agreed upon in the terms of our agreement in you purchasing the property from us. As noted by all outside parties, and you are well aware, your candor is only going to get you so far. It does not behoove proper business practice to continue to give into demands that are which outside the scope of our agreements and for you to continue to change the scope of what it was you wanted after it was negotiated. Items weren't covered up, nothing fell apart, you had a 3rd party home inspection. All of which was reinspected and verified prior to closing. You purchased a beautiful home that was well worth more than what price you got it for, and we hope you enjoy it. If not we and the neighbors are sure that there is a family that would enjoy it more.

      Mr. Grossman, we apologize for the miscommunication that you may feel but we have correspondence that during the duration of your agreement with our company your phone was broke. During our assessment of the property, we found underlying damage that was detrimental to the valuation and in turn had to terminate the agreement or renegotiate. We are sorry again for your opinion of us, but we wish you well on your future endeavors.
