        Having used Jackson Hewitt for the previous 2 years I went back for my 2022 tax prep. I walked in cold and was accommodated by a very nice agent named Ken. He looked over my paperwork and we decided I would come back the next day to get an estimate and complete the filing. The estimate was most reasonable, the return was prepared promptly. I cant say enough about how nice and professional Ken was
