      image My account got access, filed Fraud, Closed my debit card took 10 days to get new one, They added on Overdraft fees to Fraud case and took them out. Tried to close my account and told they would not close it till account was zeroed. How can it be zero if your trying to stop transactions from posting that you did not authorize. then they want to charge $35/per block item you ask for. Charge you $5 per month of statements even when you printout is only 2-3 pages. Since Whitney became a part of Hancock this bank has gone downhill. They were a good back back when it was just Hancock.
