    Awful customer service! Cashier sat up front in her phone the entire time, never offered a basket to shop or asked if we had any questions! When I did have a question she was very rude and acted like we were interrupting what she was doing! We bought items off the clearance section and asked if they were included in the buy three get three free she said yes! We found and item in the clearance that had no clearance sticker so I went to her to see if it was on sale and how much, she said if you found it in the clearance section then its on sale and that will be three dollars!! Ive been to other Claires where people put jewelry in the clearance section then when you get to the register it rings up full price! I had my 10 year old with me and we were using her Christmas money so I didnt want to get to the register and have her not have enough money after spending time to pick through all of the items to maximize her budget. We go back to picking out items then go to the register to checkout! I have her items separated by price so we can maximize the buy 3 get 3 free promotion. When we get to the register she tells us that all the clearance is 3 dollars regardless of the price tags that were on the items! I was upset, as well as my daughter, because I made her put certain things back because of the price! After all the questions that I had asked she never stated that all clearance was three dollars regardless of the price listed on the sticker! There were no signs Anywhere stating that either! I stated that it wasnt fair to charge more than what the sticker price stated and I said thats not the customers fault! She said what do you want me to do about it we ran out of stickers and we cant override the system! I stated they could take the lower priced stickers off or put up a homemade sing stating that all clearance items were 3 dollars! I also stated that as we were shopping that section she could have told us the current promotion to avoid confusion at the register! Basically she stated that there was nothing she could do so I asked to speak with the manager! She called the manager on the phone but the lady would not speak with me just told the cashier there was nothing she could do! I paid for my items and asked for the corporate number so I could complain, they do not have the corporate number to give customers, I also looked at the receipt and there was no cashier information so I asked for her name and her managers name! She stated that it was illegal to give me that information and I said well thats fine Im sure theyll be able to know whom Im talking about because she was the only one working! 2 days later the manager calls me wanting to talk about what occurred, only problem is I did not leave my phone number for her to contact me! In fact I didnt leave any information so now Im wondering how she retrieved my information after I had already left the store! I was going to just let the incident go and hope that they would write a sign stating their promotion to avoid further confusion! However, after they went into their system to look up my contact information Im not extremely irritated and will be calling corporate! From here on out Ill just find a different Claires to get our products from!
