        PSA: Do not under any circumstances go through Scott Mosher, Dale Chewning, or OakTrust Insurance Group. They have allowed my credit card to be charged over $6,000 unauthorized, with no communication whatsoever. I went with another insurance company, paid in full last week, only to wake up to find $4,229.64 charged to my card (now this is a second policy ) by the insurance company Scott recommended to me previously. The only way I knew about this charge was a receipt after the fact. No communication - email, phone, or mail - was ever attempted. I just disputed it with my credit card company.

        We had a rather unpleasant experience dealing with this agency as a result of which we decided to cancel our policy. We had to escalate it to the owner before we have finally got the refund.
