I needed a new muffler and tail-pipe, and their service was quick. They didn't try to push stuff on me that I didn't need, and they were transparent with pricing. There's a window in the waiting room that you can watch them work through; everything is leveled and measured. Parts are checked before installation. Installation of the new muffler and tail-pipe took about 30 min, but it clearly wasn't a rushed job. They handle your vehicle with care and treat it like their own.
