        Nothing negative to say about the personnel. Friendly, helpful, knowledge. You will need some time though, even with an appointment possibly. This is a very busy place! I wouldn't recommend a walk in. Schedule an appointment!

        Wonderful experience! Walked right in and test drove the car that I wanted. Our sales rep was amazing. This is our fourth car from CarMax and each experience has been better than the previous.

        I have a nice 22 Nissan Sentra.. when I tell you, the people there are A, thats exactly what I mean.. everyone that I met the three days that I had to go back-and-forth for business were great!! Its bad I cant remember any of their names, but the lil short, African American, bowlegged lady is such a sweetie .. I took it to AutoZone and had them put it on the machine and they couldnt find anything wrong with it thank God!!!
