        Had a reservation for 4:30pm. The hours they have posted online and with corporate Budget says they close at 5pm. They were closed when I showed up at 4:35. Agree with other reviews, try to avoid renting here at all costs.

        I would give no stars if I could. We had a reservation with two car seats and they did not have any to offer me. They offered me a booster seat to put my infant in. They showed me a car seat in the back with broken straps- unacceptable! I had to go buy car seats so I could travel with my babies because Budget couldnt keep them safe! Do not order car seats with this company!
