    THEY STOLE MONEY OUT MY VEHICLE! Told me it was transmission problems come to find out its wiring and my warranty magically doesnt cover it so I had to pay out of pocket. Also must have joy rides my car a lot because I left it with them practically full and got it back with under a half tank! not pleased at all!

    The worst tire place in the Jackson and surrounding areas. I would nt take a four wheeler to this place. They lost my caps that go on my rims and said they wasnt on there when I came in. They took the tire sensors out of tires and said when I came there the tire didnt have a sensor in it. A complete waste of time and money. From the mechanics to management. Service: Tires

    I only rated 3 stars because it seemed as if they were irritated and very short with me. I was only trying to get them to put my dashboard back in place from the first visit I had with them. I tried to explain that to Ms. Susie but she became very defensive explaining that they didn't touch the radio because it stopped working. Well it was working prior to going to the shop but I WAS not talking about the radio. Apparently that stopped working because of an electrical issue because they had to replace the fuse block. Customer service and communication that day was not effective. No one would actively listen to what I had to say just kept cutting me short. I have no problem spending my money to fix things and would've spent more money if they were not rude and short with me. If they were willing to see what the deal was with the radio I would've paid for that too. To think I was going to get some tires from them too but I'll take my business elsewhere. It just shows that no matter how much money you spend with these businesses the old customer service that use to exist is long gone. I've had them service my Land Rover, Yukon and Charger but I won't spend my money anywhere I can't ask questions about.

Mr Hallett. when your vehicle arrived at our shop, you are the one who told us your vehicle may be in the need of a transmission. We are the ones who checked it out and found it had an issue with the wiring and was not any type of internal transmission issue at all. Our employees do not take customers vehicle for "joy rides"..we did drive your vehicle on a test drive to be sure the repair was done correctly, which you absolutely want us to do, however, no sir we do not "joy ride" in customer's vehicles. We also assure you a half of tank of gas was not used, less than a "HALF of GALLON of gas", yes, but no- not a half of tank of gas. On your statement, we stole out of your vehicle..seriously?? No sir, this did not happen. It just sounds like you felt the warranty would pay for a new transmission and we found that a transmission was not needed. We are sorry for your disappointment of an easy repair for you, but please..no one took a joy ride in your 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe, and no one stole money out of your vehicle. The facts- we found the simple repair of your vehicle and you are not happy that you are not receiving a new transmission and putting untruths in the form of a review because the bottom line is your vehicle is repaired totally and completely with no issues at all.
