Tru by Hilton Meridian

Beds are Okay, has a TV and bathroom but the rooms are bare minimum. Super clean though. Gym. Breakfast.

Stay away from this place! Dirty bathroom I did attached pictures! The pillows and the 100% polyester sheets are a joke. We wanted to find another hotel but it was too late in the night. I couldnt wait for the night to be over! I cant believe that it carries the name Hilton! There was a lady with a girl trying to sleep in the lobby. Definitely not a 3 star hotel! Never again would I stay at Tru by Hilton!

Horrible! This particular Tru is horrible!!! The cleaning staff doesn't come by the rooms until your 3rd day, yet they only give two towels at a time, and take out the trash once a week! Also, good luck waiting on line to ask for supplies! The lady stayed on her Facebook as I ask twice for supplies, extremely lazy! All of the bedding had hairs and stains, along with the moldy pillows and rock hard mattress! The snacks are overpriced unless you're friendly with the staff, and the safety certification for the elevators expired in January- not safe! Overall, this really needs to be a 2 star hotel!
