        After tonight Im done with holiday inns. I check in, grab food, come back to the room. Family of 4, rooms only have towels for 3. Thats fine, I request more towels. Finally go to take a shower, 0 hot water. I call to the front desk, they tell me they already know, its the entire hotel, and its been the past few days. Then why didnt they bother telling me when I went to check in. I mean, its not absurdly to expect a clean bed and a hot shower. At this point we are exhausted or I would have checked out and left.

        Lots of remodeling still happening here so be aware this will not be a calm and quiet visit. The front desk staff is super comfortable with being around each other and was yelling things to each other across the lobby, etc. and none of our experience seemed based in hospitality - rude comments constantly being made by the staff under their breath, and all we were doing is being kind and patient (waiting 5+ minutes to pay for bottled water, I mean, come on) The staff was constantly talking about other guests and the situations going on - I am here to REST I do not CARE about the behind the scenes. No music in the lobby so getting a drink at the bar was awkward and silent. Beware if youre on the 2nd floor! Construction right outside the window from 7:30am - 8pm when the sun sets and the front desk staff couldnt care less. Would never stay here again.
