    Mike (Owner) & Steve (CFO) have cut off all communication and refuse to pay for work done on 4 of their projects. Billing Home Owners for work and not paying their suppliers/subcontractors. 2/10/23: Since I cannot respond Ill do it here. That is wholly inaccurate. You have not communicated any warranty items. You have not responded to calls or emails since July. You agreed to have your account caught up in August. If you really have a warranty item you should email it to me today.

    Behome is building a cute house next to us, but the build process has been a headache for neighbors and the customer. Behome damaged my property line and irrigation system over 8 months ago and after 7 calls to their office to request remediation, there has been no follow-up. After talking with the homeowner they also said the build process has been slow, arduous, and with shoddy communication. I know building a custom home can be difficult, but being mindful of neighbors, trash management, property damage, and communication should be important.

    If I could rate BeHome LLC ZERO stars I would. We contracted with them to build a new home for us in November 2021 our home has still not been built/completed as of December 2022. The only things completed were the foundation walls. I would NEVER, EVER recommend BeHome LLC or Michael Powell to anyone. Michael Powell took our $38,860 non-refundable down payment, put it in his pocket and never completed our home. In fact now he's not able to do anymore work because he either doesn't have the tradesman or money to do it so he's offered to sell us back our property in the condition you see here. Mike became so rude during our communications that he told us after we gave him the deed to our property that he "owned (our) land!" It took him 6 months to get a sewer extension redesign and he has yet to get a permit from the City to complete it. He's broken code after code just getting the foundation walls in!!! Needless to say this has been an horrific experience with Mike and BeHome LLC. We hear there are many others like us. ADDED: YOU are nothing but a LIAR. YOU APPROACHED US ABOUT A BUYOUT because you couldn't finish our home. Mike you didn't sell us our home back. We never reached an agreement. If you did, prove it! You lost our home to the lender and we had to purchase it back from the BANK, NOT YOU! I have a copy of the contract that shows you had to deed the property to the bank for us to purchase it. You LOST OUR LAND that we had already paid cash for and deeded over to you for free. You are the biggest con man in the metro KC area. It doesn't take a year to build a 1,900 square foot house. Lie your way out of that one. By the way, I know you received that letter from my attorney, Zach with Lowenstein Law that told you to send any communication you have for us to him. Do that please. Don't post your lies on public forums. You should expect additional correspondence regarding your misdeeds involving our home from the Missouri State Attorney General's Office as well. Our complaint is still pending in that office. All the best salvaging what is left of your business. May you receive everything you gave in multiples. Service: Home building

We sincerely apologize that your sprinkler system was installed on the lot we purchased and built a home on.please call the installer that encroached onto our lot and improperly installed it. This item is not located by dig-right do to the nature of the product.

Mrs. Ward, unfortunately you continue to miss inform. As you were made aware the lack of city sewer which was on planning maps, was never built. You chose to exit the contract while we were working with the engineers to design and submit for additional extraordinary city sewer extension. BeHome was more than prepared to move forward to complete your home but you insisted on canceling. Per your contract your deposit was forfeited, and per your request we did allow you to repurchase the home for the exact amount of costs that had been incurred up to that point. We wish you the best and good luck with the completion of your home.
