        It's always a great experience here. This is the only big box brand that serves great prices, the biggest selection in all types of tiles and material. What makes it really my choice tho is the knowledge of the staff that are very helpful (but not car salesman style in your face). Customer service always helps my decision to go somewhere. This store is for both the pro and the weekend warrior with a wealth of streamed video knowledge from online ready to actually do the project.

        I was very impressed with floor and decor. My suggestion would be to make a design appointment online instead of just walking in and hoping to be helped with a design. I picked out tile yesterday for a bathroom project with Bobbie. Very impressed with their customer service - She was very helpful and patient with me as I was figuring out my design! She spent over an hour with me and never made me feel rushed. I was able to buy all my tile and supplies in one visit. I was very impressed with the price and ease of the process. I saved about 50% going with floor and decor versus another local tile shop. I am hoping the product we pick up will reflect our good experience but so far highly recommend!

        Treats African Americans wrong. The Management needs changing in my opinion, there should be no reason I can't buy a hard worker lunch for loading my car with 60 boxes of tile, but you want me to make a pro account? That makes no sense to me. This location is horrific and hopefully they can learn from there mistakes.
