I wish we never got a realtor to begin with! Almost fired her halfway through the mess but she talked us into keeping her on and promised we'd make a decent amount of money so we could start over. In the end the realtors and realtor companies were the only ones who made money! Had I followed through with letting her go my ex and I could have a decent new start & would be able to get another place to live. Instead we're as good as homeless & of course the realtors don't care bc they got their money! How do they sleep at night or look themselves in the mirror? It was an actual nightmare! These days if you know how to take good pictures and know how to upload pics online, anyone can sell their house themselves! Don't be fooled into hiring a realtor like we were. What a huge mistake!!!

If I could give them a zero I would. Please do your research before you work with them. The Rob Moellering Team was terrible, my family and I had a horrible experience with them, dealing with the Emerson Estates development in Kirkwood. Please research your agent and the developers that they are working with!!
