This place needs cameras by the Mailboxes We put our rent in money order there and it went missing Needless to say we will be video taping and taking pictures to prove we dropped it off now There are suspicious people hanging out there sometimes as well yall need more security

Take plenty of move out pictures and watch your security deposit returns. The process of renting started out great and we enjoyed the property and maintenance until close to the end. We spent roughly the last two months in the home with two window units due to the AC unit breaking and not being repaired in a timely manner. When the AC broke it damaged the ceiling in the bathroom below it. On my security deposit they attempted to charge me for the repairs. While I caught this and was able to get the charge removed they are still unable to inform me why we were charged much for cleaning, despite the fact we cleaned the unit thoroughly before leaving. A pretty good place to rent from, but a very sour ending.

I asked when a property would be complete as I was interested in purchasing soon. Rather than answering my question they insisted on calling me and I texted them back explaining I was at work in a sales position and because I am often with clients my phone can not be busy. Rather than answering my question so that we could proceed they called me at 6am the following day and then just as quickly as I informed them that I would be writing this review they had the answer. This was very unprofessional and I will work hard to not do business with this brokerage in the future.
