        Owner Eric Moss is unethical and a creep. He charged me for a year while out for hip surgery and refused to refund my HSA. I thought my membership was on hold the entire time. Beware!!! He also charged my girlfriend for 3 months even after she showed him a text from the manager saying she didnt have to pay if she didnt like it.

        Starting my 3rd year working out at Spenga Des Peres Mo. and in all my years at different fitness platforms I have to say I love the whole body workout I get here more then anywhere else! I see and feel so much leaner and stronger. You get it all! Cardio with Resistance biking, strength training and finishing with yoga for flexibility! The owners are friendly and accommodating to your personal needs and each trainer is encouraging and motivating. You will love it here! GIve it a try!
