Katy was an absolute Rockstar for us throughout the entire house buying process. She is THE reason we got out house (I'll explain more specifics below) and we are so happy to have worked with her!! Katy was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and aggressive, all in the best ways possible. She was the BEST teacher when she needed to be (which is so nice for first time house buyers), honest, and most important, trustworthy. Katy really cares about our happiness and helped us find the perfect house that fit our budget and livelihood. When I say Katy was THE reason we got our house, it's not an exaggeration. The Sellers did not initially pick our offer when the house went under contract. Then those buyers backed out unexpectedly. The Seller's Agent reached out to Katy first because of how she worked with the Selling Agent throughout the process. Katy's work and relationship building with the Agent really saved the day! I can't recommend her enough if you're looking for a Realtor!

I worked with Katy in April of 2024 to sell a home with an ex-partner of mine! She navigated the difficulty of the situation professionally and wonderfully. Katy was able to bring us multiple offers before going to market, and we ended up not having to list our property as we accepted an off-market offer! She is a is a great negotiator and a wonderful executor- girl gets things done! Katy helped me buy my home and really made it fun. Seeing so many houses can really be a painful experience and I always looked forward to doing a walk through with Katy. She had great attitude and input on houses. Would definitely recommended her to anyone looking for a realtor.
