They were very easy to work with. I have a rental property 45 minutes away from my residence. They went to the rental, did the pre-claim inspection and verified there was damage. They met me at my residence to take care of the claim. They sent pictures of everything before and after the completion. Everything was taken care of and I never had to visit the property. Everything was covered by insurance minus the deductible. Thank you John, Joe, and the rest of the team. I had hail damage from a bad storm a few months back. John checked my roof out and helped me get the process started with my insurance. Dave then reached out and got things scheduled right away.
