This office in Joplin has the worst customer service Ive ever seen.there is no one in office,the door is locked,no sign when returning.Brian ruby the agent is never in office,never returned calls.they need to shut down the office completely.

Have called the office 6 times and spoke with John whi says don't worry we will ge your bill fixed since they raised rates 130 per month. Then his supervisor will have to fix but dont worry it will get done. Then i promise ill calm back. Guess what no call. AAA used to be good but now what a joke.

I want to SPEAK to someone at AAA in billing. Every number I call says call during business hours THESE ARE BUSINESS HOURS. They ARE DOUBLE CHARGING US, AND I WANT IT STOPPED OR I'LL CANCEL.
