Cavalier at The Crosswalks Apartments

A year+ I am still very happy here. The buildings across the street are done - less dust, less noise! MAC properties have designed beautiful apartments and amenities at The Crosswalks. Looking forward to this being a bustling area. Love the street noise - minus all the sirens! MAC management is always very welcoming and responsive to my needs, as is the Maintenance crew. Public transportation is quite good and there are lots of green spaces and beautiful old trees - not to mention all the gorgeous buildings. Grocery store on the ground floor of the Cavalier featuring local vendors and farmers. Urban KC cafe opening up across the street and more to come!

Darren was very professional and helpful. Made multiple runs out of my apartment to make sure my system was working correctly.

My niece lives here and was told that it was a safe area and would have a place to park. However, the crime is off the charts with gunshots being heard. She has no place to park at all since there are only 13 parking spaces. She has been chased and heckled on a daily basis. It is anything but safe. Its basically a nice building in the middle of a ghetto.
