Stopped in here for lunch on a Friday. Not busy at all. Ordered brisket and sausage and was very disappointed in the brisket. It was thinly sliced and rubbery and lacked flavor. I ordered cheese corn and Mac and cheese and they took canned corn, threw some cheese sauce on it when they dish it up. Not what I was expecting. My wife had chicken and pulled pork and didnt even eat a second bite. While it was soaking in a liquid, it was dry by the time we got to our table. I have this place a 2 star because the ribs were pretty tasty.

The quality has died altogether compared to 4 years ago. Plowboys can stop blaming the pandemic for going out of business since their brisket soaks in juice and is well done and dried up before it hits the bun. Not to mention you only get 2 1/2 slices of brisket for $10 before tax they say they have chopped brisket, but they know and I know that its just the dried up recycled and reheated crumbles of the brisket from the day before. The sauce cant even fix it! Super disappointing and an insult to Plowboys former self. I hope nobody from out of town comes here and actually decides to eat here.
