        I will come back to Crossroads every time I'm in KC. In every way; from my initial call to ask about a room, to services, common areas, food, drinks, room, amenities, every single person on staff, all of it was wonderful. And the price, my god, the value for the entire experience was amazing. Brisa, you were a pleasure. Without you, I never would have decided to visit Crossroads. Thank you

        Ive called the crossroads hotel 5x in the last two weeks to try and reserve their private room at XR bar. Each time I call I leave a voicemail with sales. Finally I tried speaking to the front desk, food and beverage team, etc, to relay that Im trying to reach group reservations. Every time they apologize and tell me theyll get the right person to call me back that day. They never do. Im literally trying to give this place my money to reserve for a birthday party and they cant even call me back, at this point I honestly think Im being lied to, and am more confused than anything. Maybe theyre understaffed, maybe they just dont care about the guest experience, either way I would avoid.
