      image Very clean hotel. Pool was a little too cold for my kids. Staff was very friendly. I was told on amount when I booked online and when I was charged it was different but the manager took care of it. Breakfast was good

      image Spent 4 nights total. We booked the 4th night at the last minute and didnt have to move rooms which was nice. The receptionist (Baru) was amazing! She did her best to make sure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. Close to the interstate, gas station, close to World of Fun theme park ,few restaurants near by. Breakfast was good..ham, eggs, bacon, biscuits with gravy, coffee, juice etc. Clean room ,comfortable bed. Thanks to Baru, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

      image Had 8 bites on my face, arm and legs during 3 days stay. Slept in chair my last night. Reported to front desk and they promised a manager would call to compensate, never received the call. Hotel was extremely noisy at night.
      Rooms: Rooms were average, very noisy as I could hear from lobby and carpet looked old and used. Not comfortable and slept in chair last night to avoid the bed and whatever bugs was there that bit me
      Noteworthy details: Showed desked attendant bites on face and mentioned others on my arm and legs from sleeping in bed. Was promised a call from a manager that I never received.

I had my front desk staff offer to move your room but I was informed you chose not to move to a different room. unfortunately, when you make your reservation through a third party website I am unable to provide you with any compensation as the third party company owns that reservation and any discounts or refunds must be requested through them. I appreciate you letting me know about this mattered and we have taken steps to resolve the matter with the room you stayed in. We hope that you will come back and stay with us again.       image BEWARE! I had my wallet stolen right off the check in counter and my card & ID were taken out of the wallet. I asked the manager to look over video surveillance and she said she didnt see anyone steal anything. My partners card was compromised and several fraudulent charges showed up on it in the days following so someone who worked there stole his card information and possibly my wallet. Stay away from this hotel! Bad area and terrible service!

      Thank you for taking the time to post a review. The day in question was January 3, 2024 when you reported this incident to me. I reviewed all cameras in the front desk area and at no time was your wallet left at the front desk nor did any of our empoyees take your wallet or credit card information. You found your wallet outside the hotel which may be where you dropped it and lost it.
