Justin was fantastic! My mom needed her AC looked at and she couldnt get ahold of her regular folks and when she did they were out of town. I called around and this place answered and was able to help us out almost immediately. Justin was on his way home and stopped by. He was able to quickly assess and figure out the potential issues. He not only was friendly and polite he was also extremely informative. He explained everything and really helped my mom understand. He was able to not only fox her AC in this excessive heat warning but also able to convince my mom to switch AC repair companies. She will now be calling this company and requesting Justin each time!
