Dr. Barnthouse is so professional and caring. I was so impressed with the care I was given. The staff are so wonderful. From the first visit to every follow-up after my surgery they were so attentive to my healing. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of having plastic surgery or reconstructive surgery.

Would not recommend. Pre-op was great. Dr. took a lot of time to explain the procedure. Which was why I chose him because he seemed very knowledgeable and confident. Post-op was the problem. There was no bedside manner, never saw him while in recovery before leaving. It was very obvious I was not healing correctly and my concerns were not taken seriously. I was told to "give it time to heal" even though I was several weeks out and should be returning to semi-normal activity. There was no compassion from your office. 15 months later and still just as uncomfortable and was not given any help to fix it when I returned for an opinion. Everything "looks normal" to him when it clearly is not. Referred on to another doctor and no request to stay in the loop for results from further testing I will need to do to figure out the issue. Overall I found him to be "old and cold."

Great experience. He knew exactly what I wanted. He took the time and explained my breast augmentation in detail.

Dr. Barnthouse was excellent every step of the way. Very attentive, friendly and considerate. I would recommend him to anyone.
