I inquired about renting space at the university street retail in KCMO. Greg Patterson was very rude in his reply and then could not be bothered to return a follow up e-mail. I wonder what kind of landlord they would be? First impressions are often the best indicator and my first impression was not good. Beware before you lease from them!

Susan Scott, at Greg Patterson Associates has worked with us to represent us for commercial leasing, commercial sales, etc. She has brought in many qualified tenants. I am amazed by how much success she has had placing good tenants in my buildings.
