If your looking for a great company to work with look no further. I was selling my house and Cody and his team were the best to work with. They showed up on time to view my property and were very friendly and down to earth. I didn't feel pressured or pushed to make a quick decision like so many others make you feel when buying or selling a house. They know the market and the values of homes and made a great offer that fit all my needs. Cody was very nice to work with and his company values matched mine. He was always on top of messaging and updating me every step of the way and made a offer on mproperty exactly where I wanted to be at with no hassle. Would recommend them 100%

House Guys home buying process was simple, quick, and stress-free! I had a home that was difficult to sell due to needing a lot of repairs and I just didn't have the money to fix it all. I was able to sell my home for cash to House Guys without the cost of real estate agent fees or closing costs.
